KM T-2 Portable  Asphalt  Recycler
 
*  The asphalt is heated by a  700,000 BTU  Beckett  Model  SDC  diesel   burner.
*  Broken chunk pieces (up to 12") or milled asphalt (RAP) can be loaded  into the hopper
   by a loader bucket for recycling.
*  Along with a hydraulically rotating asphalt heating drum (8 RPM) and  a  7-blade agitator,      the asphalt  is  broken  down  and  heated  into quality useable asphalt.
*  Easily patch streets and parking lots without the use of multiple pieces  of heavy equipment and expensive materials.
*  Eliminates environmental waste - Utilizes asphalt that would otherwise  have been thrown out or dumped into the ground.

•Four ton asphalt capacity KM8000T trailer unit Asphalt hotbox reclaimer  allows asphalt to be kept at working temperature for up to 3 days
•(2), 30lb. LP cylinders (Optional - Diesel Burner)
•Reclaimer: When new asphalt is unavailable, stockpiled material can be  loaded in the KM 8000T and recycled. Within 12 hours,  hard, cold chunked asphalt is reclaimed into usable hot mix

INFARED ASPHALT REPAIR

Penetrating infared rays quickly soften the existing

KM 55 Melter

* The self-contained, insulated KM55 allows for continuous accurate heating of material
